The ideal solution for your lubrication tasks!The Air-operated Grease Supply System mINI 25:1 type S is suitable for transferring of lubricants of medium to high viscosity levels as well as silicon greases and silicon oils and is suitable for all small containers 1 kg up to 5 kg available on the market.
The Grease Supply System mINI with pressure ratio from 25:1 type S is ideal applicable as feeding pump for ABNOX metering valves or as filling system.
This Pumpsystem mINI is consisting an air-operated grease pump and a twin column pump lifter including control with two-hand operating.
Thanks to the constant contact pressure of the follower plate onto the medium the follower plate is brought always to update the current fill level. An empty state detector serves to switch off the pump when the low fill level has been reached, thus preventing the aspiration of air.
Replacement of the empty small container is quick, clean and convenient, and done with little manual effort.
Separate to the grease supply system the selection of the follower plate will be made according to the container size (see accessories).

When ordering, please indicate internal diameter (from top and down) and the height of the container and the type of lubricant.Caution: Attention to circumferential flanging at the container!
