Warning:
The material inlet pressure must not be higher than 150 bar. The air supply to the Pump must be regulated (easy with a pressure reducing valve), taking into account the Pumps pressure ratio, to ensure that the maximum material inlet pressure is not exceeded.
Description:
All Dispensing Units are factory tested prior to despatch. In order to ensure immediate prime, hoses should be filled with the dispensing medium before connection. For the initial operation of the Dispenser, the maximum amount must be dispensed (i.e. with adjusting knob completely unscrewed). Give two times pressure to enable the lubricant to get out (use the Hand Grip on the Dispensing Unit). Now open the two cover screws which gives the possibility to adjust the needed dose range. After that, close the two cover screws. The bench mounted Dispensing Units should be fixed with two screws M8.
Not in Use:
If the Dispensing Unit is not used for a longer period of time, the Feed Pump must be switched off. Otherwise the system is constantly under maximum pressure.
