This Vario Dosing Valve is suitable for fixed installation in monthly lines with higher-level control.
Speed control is carried out via an analogue signal.
Dosing is started and stopped via a digital input signal.

The eccentric screw Dosing Unit is connected via a universal joint to a brushless 24V DC motor with high-resolution actual value encoder and integrated control (Faulhaber 22xx...BX4 CxD series drive).
Thanks to the integrated control system, the dosing speed can be regulated via the analogue input signal.
The digital input signal can be used to start and stop dosing.
