This Pulse Valve is equipped with a Full Jet Short Nozzle Ø 0.5 mm.
The Needle function is:
Opening by air pressure, closing by air and spring pressure.
Control is via the 5/2-way Solenoid Valve integrated in the body.
The short distances within the entire air supply range and the Fast-switching Solenoid Valve enable up to 200 switching cycles per second.
- Control air connection SL: to compressed air supply (Compressor))
- Material / Medium connection M: to Pressure Tank or Pump

Remarks on the Full Jet Nozzle models:
- Nozzles type KV / KV-B: Use for applications with low viscosity media (lubricants low NLGI, oils, thin-bodied, heated lubricants).
- Nozzles type KLS-B: Use for applications with high viscosity media (lubricants high NLGI, viscous)
- Nozzles type KV-B and KLS-B = Teflon coated
- Nozzles type KV = Stainless steel
