The ABNOX Compressed-air Grease Supply System 10:1 from type S is suitable for transferring lubricants of medium to high viscosity levels. This type S Pump is qualified for delivering silicon greases and silicon oils with a viscosity up to 60'000 cST. Not suitable for hardening and abrasive media, or with abrasive filling substances! The separate design of Suction System and Air Motor prevents a possible permeation of the medium into the Pumpe Head.
This Pumping System is ideal for filling lubricants containers, Gearboxes, as Supply Pumps for Metering Units and also for pumping grease with up to 30% solid content. Wherever large quantities of lubricant are needed with little back pressure, this System has proved itself extremely well.
These Grease Supply Systems are used for cylindrical and conical containers.

This Grease Supply System with heavy Follower Plate is matched perfectly to the conical 25 kg plastic container (internal diameter 306 - 335 mm) of various lubricant manufacturers.
Thanks to the tight seal and ideal centring of the heavy Follower Plate (Art.-No. 4326000), a reliable process sequence and optimal emptying of the container without wasting the expensive lubricant can be ensured.
With the Cover Plate (external diameter 350 mm) including Adjustment of level (Art.-No. 4325210), the Air-operated Grease Pump can be installed directly, easily and quickly on the conical 25 kg original container.
The Original Clamping Ring of the 25 kg conical container can be used as the original closure. Thus centring and attaching of this unit is performed with the container Clamping Ring, without deformation of the plastic container.
This process also protects the contents of the container against dirt.
