For warranty claims, the regulations of the Swiss Association of Machinery Manufacturers (VSM) are authoritative.
We grant a three-year warranty on the following grease pumps MURALT, ABNOX WANNER® and mINI WANNER® and a one-year warranty on all other ABNOX products (data for single-shift operation)

After-sales service and repairs are a strategic and ecological principle for us. The design of ABNOX products allows them to be repaired easily and quickly. Qualified employees guarantee professional repair with original spare parts for 10 years after purchase. We offer suitable spare parts sets so that you can repair your equipment yourself.
