Low to high-viscosity lubricants can be precise, controlled and variable applied with this Outlet Valve with integrated Spray Nozzle SPK from ABNOX in a compact design.

This Spray Valve can be used for grease application to specific wetting surfaces or also for higher application volumes such as beads or lines depending on the activation time.

The opening cross-section of this Outlet Valve with integrated Spray Nozzle SPK is fixed. Optionally the speed of the lubrication medium can be regulated by means of the applied pump pressure or a choke valve.

For external control for the Outlet Valves with Spray Nozzle of the series Assembly Block, a Pneumatic 5/2-way Valve and a separate switchable 3/2-way Valve for the spray air is required.

On the Outlet Valves with Spray Nozzle of the series with Handgrip (models PN/HG), the pneumatic part of the Spray Valve is controlled by a 5/2-way Valve which is located inside the Handle. In addition to the external control, a pneumatic separate switchable 3/2-way Valve for the spray air is required. Pressing the trigger initiates ejection of the metered medium and is simultaneously the spraying. The pneumatic system is separated from the grease chamber.

ABNOX Outlet Valves with Spray Nozzle of the series with Handgrip (models PN/HG) are suitable for all and especially for vertically accessible lubrication points. The ergonomic and shapely Handle with modern and optimised metering activator is especially suited for easy and handy operation of the Spray Valve at installation sites. Handling of these s valves may be further facilitated by using a counterbalance suspended directly above the assembly area.

All ABNOX Outlet Valves with integrated Spray Nozzle SPK are equipped with modern seals and glydrings, they warrant a long lifespan even at operating pressures as high as 200 bar.

The electronic position switch is available as accessory, Art.-No. 0001220. It may be attached to the grooves of the Outlet Valve by means of an attachment screw in a continuously variable position. They increase the effectivity and reliability of the spraying operation, and allow improved control over your production process. Furthermore, the operation display (LED) indicates the end position of the Dosing Needle. To achieve highest process reliability, ABNOX recommends the use of position switches on both end positions.
