This Vario Dosing Valve is suitable for fixed installation in monthly lines with higher-level control.
Communication takes place via an RS485 half-duplex interface.

The eccentric screw Dosing Unit is connected via a universal joint to a brushless 24V DC motor with high-resolution actual value encoder and integrated control (Faulhaber 22xx...BX4 CxD series drive). The Vario Metering Valve can be integrated into networks via the RS485 half-duplex interface. In addition to PC operation, the Vario Metering Valve can also be operated with all common industrial controls. Different operating modes and control options (position and speed) are available.

The built-in RS485 half-duplex interface allows a direct connection to a higher-level control system. This RS485 half-duplex interface is used for direct communication with the actuator. See also Communication / Functional Manual RS interface!
