The AXVH-3 Valve Heater is used to heat the medium in the ABNOX Pulse Valve and thus improve their flow properties.
Use on ABNOX Pulse Valve: AXDV-P50
Connection Plug (4-pin): M8 x 1
The Valve Heater is attached to the side of the respective Pulse Valve using cylinder head screws.
The heating housing is controlled with the ABNOX Temperature Controller (see matching accessories) or with a PLC (both not included in the scope of delivery).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For better heat transfer we recommend mounting the Heater with silicon free thermal paste (e.g., Electrolube HTCP20S).
