The pneumatically actuated SPK1 Spray Head enables retrofitting of our proven AXDV-C1 and C2 series Dosing Valves and the AXDV-A1 Outlet Valve.
With the ABNOX SPK Spray Head, every Metering and Outlet Valve can be turned into a Spray Valve in no time at all!
Each spraying process is carried out with exactly the same quantity of grease or oil, pressure-resistant up to 200 bar.
Regardless of the viscosity, working pressure and time, this Spray Head enables clean spraying of the quantity of lubricant previously defined in the Volumetric Metering or Outlet Valve.
This basic model of the SPK1 Spray Head is equipped with a Standard Nozzle Ø 1.0 mm and is suitable for attaching various Air Caps (LFK) and Nozzle Extensions (DVL), but is not needle-sealing.
