The Material Pressure Regulator MDR-LW04 with Piston is used to reduce pressures and to minimise the pulsation which occurs when material is conveyed using piston pumps.
The working pressure can be adjusted continuously from 6-50 bar with the preload nut and fixed with the lock nut. The ratio between the inlet and outlet pressure should ideally not exceed 5:1.
The Material Pressure Regulators are designed for handling self-lubricating media such as grease and oil. An integrated strainer (30 mesh) retains contaminants in the media to prevent these from entering the valve.
The regulator can be ordered with an outlet pressure gauge (-1M) or with inlet and outlet (-2M) pressure gauges.
This Material Pressure Regulator is optionally also available with a 100 mesh Filter Screen and a Mounting Kit for direct installation on ABNOX Grease Supply Systems.
