The pumping of medium to high viscosity lubricants requires a correspondingly adapted technology. The pneumatic lifting device enables optimum suction and complete emptying of the grease reservoir. An empty signal switches off the pump when the fill level is low, thus preventing air from being sucked in.
The optimal solution for your lubrication applications! The 10:1 pump unit is available for all commercially available containers from 1-5 kg.
This grease supply system mINI with a pressure ratio of 10:1 is ideal for use as a feed pump for ABNOX dosing valves or as a transfer and filling system.
This pump system mINI consists of a compressed air grease pump and a pump jack incl. control with 2-hand control.
Separate to the grease supply system, the follower plate is selected according to container size (see accessories).
Remark:
When ordering, please indicate internal diameter (from top and down) and the height of the container and the type of lubricant.Caution: Attention to circumferential flanging at the container!
