The Mass Grease Supply System mAXI is ideally suited to lubricate a large bearing with the correct amount of grease, for packing grease into smaller containers and for supplying a ABNOX dispensing valve of 30 to 500 cm2.
Air-operated Grease Supply System with a Grease Mass Pump and Pressure Reducing Valve for direct mounting to containers 180 kg.
Recommendation from ABNOX:
Use a maintenance unit when air supplying device contains humidity to prevent corrosion and fouling.
Use the original container and fit the right follower plate. This will avoid air pockets.
Never leave the pump system on the suction tube on the floor. Keep them away from dirt, you will avoid damage to the pump and expensive repairs.
