The AXVH-4 Valve Heater is used to heat the medium in the ABNOX Spray Valve of the AXSPV-EP and AXSPV-PP series and thus improve their flow properties.
Use on ABNOX Spray Valves: AXSPV-EP (elektropneumatic) und AXSPV-PP (pneumatic)
Connection Plug (4-pin): M8 x 1
The Valve Heater is attached to the side of the respective Spray Valve using cylinder head screws.
The heating housing is controlled with the ABNOX Temperature Controller (see matching accessories) or with a PLC (both not included in the scope of delivery).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For better heat transfer we recommend mounting the Heater with silicon free thermal paste (e.g., Electrolube HTCP20S).
