Low to high-viscosity lubricants can be precise, flexible, controlled and variable applied with the new A-series Outlet Valves from ABNOX in a compact design. The pull-back effect when closing the valve prevents dripping of the medium after dosing.
The clearance is 2.2 mm (A1) and 4.3 mm (A3).
These valves can be used for grease application to specific points or also for higher application volumes such as beads or lines as well as lubricant filling depending on the activation time.
The opening cross-section of this ABNOX Outlet Valve is fixed. Optionally the speed of the lubrication medium can be regulated by means of the applied pump pressure or a choke valve.
ABNOX outlet valves are equipped with modern seals and Glydrings, they warrant a long lifespan even at operating pressures as high as 200 bar.
For external control, a simple pneumatic 5/2-way valve is required.
Sensors to monitor the position of the dosing needle may be retrofitted at any time. They increase the effectivity and reliability of the greasing operation, and allow improved control over your production and assembly process.
The electronic position switch is available as accessory, Art.-No. 0001220. It may be attached to the grooves of the outlet valve by means of an attachment screw in a continuously variable position.
