Nozzle Extension DVL, needle-sealing (ND0) Version without Swirl Nozzle

The Nozzle Extension DVL, needle-sealing (ND0) have been specially developed for applications in which only very little space is available for installation in machines or robots, or where spraying must be carried out through or into very small openings.

This Nozzle Extension DVL with the Spray Head Ring jet 360° is ideally suited for internal spraying of cylindrical hollow bodies, e.g. pipes.

The Needle-sealing Nozzle Extensions have very little dead space.
This means that even low-viscosity materials can be processed without the extensions running empty in the overhead position.
