The order is accepted by the supplier by the delivery of the goods or upon receipt of supplier's written order confirmation. We deliver goods according to the general conditions (GTCT). The general conditions of contract are subject to change without notice.

All prices are noncommittal. The company reserves the right to adjust the prices without prior notice. Prices quoted are binding for the goods at the quantity offered only, and for immediate ordering only. All prices are ex work Cham, Switzerland.

All prices are based on Swiss currency. Price lists in other currencies are calculated on the base of an ABNOX AG defined exchange rate.
ABNOX AG is entitled to a price increase beyond the price offered, or confirmed respectively, if the payment in a currency other than Swiss francs (CHF) has been agreed, and if the exchange rate valid on the contractual delivery date deviates by more than 5% from the exchange rate agreed at offer time, or order acceptance time respectively.
The partners agree on a reference exchange rate at offer time, or order acceptance time respectively.
The effective exchange rate is determined at delivery time when the goods are invoiced, and based on the currency information supplied by www.oanda.com at that point in time.

On orders lower than CHF 100.-- net we charge an additional handling rate of CHF 50.-- for deliveries within Switzerland, CHF 75.-- for deliveries within the European countries and CHF 100.-- for remaining deliveries abroad.

For special products manufactured according to customer's drawings or samples or machines or devices the customer will be held liable in all respects. Specially produced goods cannot be taken back. Delivery of quantities of 10% over or under the ordered quantity of goods is reserved.

Tools and devices remain in possession of ABNOX even if the customer has paid for them partly or wholly.

Fixed contracts shall be agreed only for a limited period. If the ordered goods have not been called within the agreed period, ABNOX has the right to ship and charge the remaining goods, after the delivery period has elapsed.

Not included. Packaging will be charged at our prime costs.

The packing and delivery costs will be mentioned separately on your invoice.

The delivery time agreed upon will be met if ever possible, however the shipment date declared not binding. Any delay of the supplies or services does not entitle the customer to any rights and claims.

Fixed orders or back-logs cannot be cancelled.

Complaints concerning weight, quantity or quality of the delivered goods have to be reported to ABNOX within 8 days after receipt of the delivery. Our service in case of justifiable claims is strictly limited to replacement or complement of rejected goods only.

Compensation delivery caused through wrong order instructions require our prior consent and will be reimbursed with a compensation of minimum 10% or rather of minimum CHF 100.--.

For claims of guarantee the General Conditions of the Swiss Association of Machinery Manufacturers (VSM) shall apply.
